1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Orders placed after 12 PM will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order is shipped.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available for orders above ₹ 799.
  • Standard and express shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

3. International Shipping

  • We currently do offer international shipping.
  • If available, international shipping rates and delivery times will be displayed at checkout.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
  • You can track your order on our website or the courier partner’s website.

5. Delayed or Lost Shipments

  • In case of a lost shipment, we will initiate an investigation with the courier service. If confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.
