Refund Policy
At jvcreation, we strive to provide high-quality sarees and a seamless shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
We accept refund requests under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The refund request is made within (3 - 5) days of receiving the product.
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) must be provided.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Products purchased during sale, clearance, or special promotions are non-refundable.
- Customized or personalized sarees cannot be returned or refunded.
- Products that show signs of wear, washing, or damage due to customer misuse.
3. Refund Process
- Initiate a Request : Contact us at yuvarajshanmugam27@gmail.com within the refund period with your order details and issue description.
- Return the Item : If eligible, we will provide a return shipping address. You must ship the item back within (3 - 5) days.
- Inspection & Approval : Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Issuance : If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet :
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your bank or credit card provider processing times may vary.

5. Shipping Costs
- jvcreation covers return shipping costs for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- For customer-initiated returns, the return shipping cost is non-refundable.
